Purchase returns

Return of goods of good quality within 14 days

Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law Ukraine “On the protection of consumer rights”. Within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, you can return the product provided:

  • the product was not in use;
  • all seals and labels saved;
  • the integrity of the kit and packaging is intact;
  • the warranty card and payment confirmation are saved;
  • it is not eligible for return by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (resolution dated March 19, 1994 No. 172)
